Rev. Shae Savoy, Poet-Priestess and Tarot Reader
I am a poet, priestess and teacher.
As an ordained minister through the Moonwise Congregation of Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards, I am available for Tarot readings and spiritual counseling, Reiki, commitment ceremonies/weddings, baby blessings, house blessings and rites of passage of all kinds. I especially delight in rites of passage concerning women’s moon mysteries, such as menarche, pregnancy, childbirth, and croning ceremonies.
As a Tarot practitioner and healer, I believe there’s nothing that can’t be healed with deep listening and love medicine.
I offer one-on-one writing mentorships, in addition to ongoing classes.
I teach at Bent Writing Institute, the only LGBTIQ writing school in the world, in addition to my ongoing workshops centering around the intersection of social justice, spirituality and creative writing. I am an MFA candidate at Goddard College, where I’m getting down and dirty with poetry. My work has appeared or is forthcoming in Sinister Wisdom; Eternal Haunted Summer, Requiem Magazine, the anthology Once Upon a Time and also appears frequently in We’Moon, including the anthology In the Spirit of We’Moon: Celebrating 30 Years.
